We offer you an online platform, guaranteeing a fast, safe and transparent purchasing experience as you buy your dream car at your own leisure. Of course, our customer service team will be happy to answer your questions and offer advice by phone or e-mail.
THE WAY OF WORKING AT ACTIVE CAR TRADING CONSISTS OF THESE STEPS:
- You browse our entire range of vehicles, or you make a selection.
Each vehicle comes with a detailed information sheet, pictures, your discount and more.
Our offer is updated every 24 hours, so you are always getting the most current selection of top-class cars.
Browse our range of cars - You create your own personal MY ACT account.
In MY ACT, you get an overview of your favourites, reservations and placed orders.
Go to "My ACT" - You request a quote.
Based on your choice, you can request an official quote, confirming all the applying conditions. - You reserve your vehicle
You can reserve up to 3 vehicles for a period of 24 hours.
Note: a reservation is not a purchase. - You order your vehicle.
If you accept the quote, you can order the vehicle through MY ACT.
Active Car Trading checks its availability and immediately confirms your order, sending you an advance invoice for 10% of the total amount. - You pay and take delivery of your vehicle.
Active Car Trading handles all the paperwork for you (inspection, customs, Carpass) and has it cleaned, shipped and delivered to the location of your choice,
within 2 weeks after the purchase date.
